Game Information
After an accident, you suffer from amnesia. While living together with your landlady and her two daughters, you and your trusted therapist come up with a cure, and a treatment plan to keep the amnesia away. With her help, you need to use skills and tools to carefully and methodically manipulate the women around you by exploiting their weaknesses. The goal: Using their bodies to pleasure yourself. You have a potential secret weapon in your medicine, which could possibly be used on others to make them easier to manipulate. But be careful, or you might wake up one day without your memory.

I’d say it’s about a 3 if you have cheat mode enabled for sound in all videos.
You’re repeating a lot of scenes at normal gameplay speed (very grindy).
It’s a “decent” game, nice scenarios, if you can dl all the media content & grind your relationships up it has some decent looping videos.
If the game says you need to do something 1st to get further in a relationship, I think it means to get through the week for your doctor checkup so she can teach you how to corrupt more.
It’s a good idea to visit the shop 1st though, in case you missed an item.
Maybe you should add a link for the media pack download? The link in the actual program sends you to a website you have to have a membership in…
