How to install?

I don’t get how to install it. I’ve tried following the directions, but nothing happens. I’ve tried mounting the image, as well as just uncompressing. I’ve tried clicking on Install as well as the resources.bat file. The .bat file does something quick, but I can’t see what it was, it just disappears too fast. I’ve also tried unzipping the Tone pack, and clicked on Tone.exe. Still nothing.
