How to install?

This could have been the best rpgm porn game, she is the hottest girl by far in this kind of games. BUT, the dev seems to love making Anna get into sex with old farts, and even if you can skip the content, the dialogs later indicate that she has done everything with them, in other words, your choices don’t really matter, only skips the scenes.
